THE BAND...
Ash heads up the lead vocals with an abrasive yet tuneful voice akin to bands like Social Distortion and Bad Religion. Ash is often accompanied by the rest of the band, creating layered group vocals and sing-along sections. At the same time he fleshes out the thick rock 'n' roll sound of the band on the guitar. Forming the backbone of the Hopeless Abandoned’s rhythm section are drummer Nick and bassist Eff. With pounding drums and melodic basslines, they drive the songs forward, reminiscent of new school bands such as Rancid and Pennywise. The band have already ammassed over an hour's worth of original material and are known for their energetic performances. With an already burgeoning fanbase, Hopeless Abandoned are set to emerge as one of punk's brightest new acts. |
